Summary
Our Inside Sales Team vision is to serve as a leading technical resource and customer service platform for our internal sales team and external clients, while maintaining a positive and enjoyable work environment for our team members.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical, application, and product support, including pricing and delivery information to account managers and customers
- Review customer requests for proper product selection and application
- Support account managers with lead qualification, product specification, proposal submission, and proposal follow-up
- Assist customers during the ordering process, obtain revised purchase orders when needed, and provide needed information to order entry team
- Occasional field visits with account managers for customer relationship development, gaining of product knowledge, and further understanding of site processes
- Assist with expediting orders, provide order status updates to customers, and accurately communicate delivery expectations
Qualifications & Other Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical fieldor
- Associates degree in a technical field and at least 5 years of related experienceor
- At least 5 years of related experience
