GAS QUALITY

Vector CAG knows integrated gas quality systems, designed to ensure accurate contaminate measurements for the natural gas production, transport, storage, distribution, gas processing, refining, petrochemical, and specialty gas production markets.

From stream composition data, we are able to offer an engineered product that includes design, area classification, probe, sample conditioning, and analytical selections. With our Manufacturers and Partners, we are able to perform at all levels up to and including fabrication, installation, startup and commissioning, as well as maintenance and service.

CEMS SOLUTIONS

A Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) is the total equipment necessary for the determination of:

A gas or particulate matter concentration
Emission rate using pollutant analyzer measurements
A conversion equation, graph, or computer program to produce

Results in units of the applicable emission limitation or standard in accordance with EPA 40 CFR Part 60 & 75.

WATER QUALITY

Vector CAG and Endress+Hauser together provide you the expertise and right solutions to ensure your facility is supplying safe water to your community. Clean water is critical to our public health. The water that we drink must be properly disinfected to ensure it is safe for consumption.

Endress+Hauser’s EPA compliant Free Chlorine Analytical System ensures the water delivered to the public is free of harmful organisms that are detrimental to the public health.

CALIBRATION SERVICES

Instruments that are not part of a regular calibration program run the risk of operating out of tolerance. Small deviations can add up to tens of thousands of dollars of losses depending on the materials, throughput and production schedule.

Calibration ensures instrument measurement is accurate and within the limits required to produce a quality product. This helps reduce overall business costs by minimizing quality fluctuations and associated costs. For some processes, periodic calibration to NIST standards is a requirement to comply with both quality and safety standards.
