VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

Brian E. Tullos is an accomplished financial executive with over 25 years of experience driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth for companies across diverse industries, including manufacturing, technology, services, and e-commerce. Currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at Vector Controls and Automation Group, Brian leads financial strategy and reporting for a multi-million dollar enterprise, overseeing internal reporting, audits, acquisitions, and a team of several professionals.

A licensed CPA in the state of Texas, Brian has held leadership roles in both public and private companies, ranging from high-growth startups to billion-dollar corporations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and is passionate about financial integrity and continuous improvement.

GENE BEEBE

AREA VICE PRESIDENT, SOUTH

Gene Beebe is a seasoned industrial sales professional with more than 25 years of experience, specializing in gas detection, process analyzers, and complex process measurement solutions.

For the past 12 years, he has played a key role at Vector Controls and Automation Group, leading the growth of the South territory and serving markets such as downstream refining, chemical, major EPCs, and water/wastewater. Gene earned his Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science from Lamar University.

Bryan Sullivan joined Vector CAG in 2013, bringing 28 years of analytical sales experience to the company’s foundation. As one of Vector CAG’s founding members, he has played a key role in expanding solutions capabilities, specializing in gas quality, combustion control, and emissions monitoring.

Bryan now serves in Strategic Business, working closely with both the Engineered Solutions and Business Development teams. His focus is on building lasting relationships with customers and partners, ensuring Vector CAG continues to deliver innovative and reliable solutions.

LINDA GOODRICH

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Linda Goodrich is a dynamic marketing leader specializing in brand development, strategic communications, and customer engagement to drive business and expand market reach. With over 15 years of experience across a variety of industries, she brings a wealth of experience in crafting impactful strategies that elevate brand presence. Prior to joining Vector CAG, Linda served as Global Marketing Manager for a severe service valve manufacturer, where she led event initiatives and strengthened their digital presence to support international operations.

For the past two years, she has led marketing efforts at Vector CAG, enhancing the company’s visibility and serving as a valuable resource to Vector’s manufacturing and representative network. Linda holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is an active member of the American Marketing Association.

Josh Sims has been a key member of Vector CAG for more than a decade, bringing over 15 years of expertise in service solutions with a focus on process automation and instrumentation. He honed his skills in delivering innovative, customized solutions tailored to client needs. Josh is committed to providing exceptional customer support and technical expertise, ensuring long-term partnerships and operational success. With a results-driven approach, Josh leads the highly skilled Vector CAG Service Group, optimizing operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring best-in-class onsite solutions that drive customer satisfaction.

CHESTER MEYERS

AREA VICE PRESIDENT, WEST

Chester Meyers brings 25 years of expertise in process instrumentation and automation, with experience in sales, system integration, and project management. After graduating from the Marine Military Academy, he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years.

Chester has extensive experience across the industries served by Vector CAG, with a particular focus on Oil and Gas in the West, Central, and South Texas, and New Mexico regions. His expertise and leadership continue to drive success in these key markets.

LYNAN FORMBY

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Lynan Formby has been a dedicated member of Vector CAG for 12 years, bringing a total of 14 years of industry experience. Her career has spanned inside sales and executive support roles, leading to her selection in 2018 to establish and lead the Customer Response Team.

Driven by a passion for helping others, Lynan plays a key role in supporting her team and building strong customer relationships. She is also a member of the Vector CAG Process Excellence Committee, collaborating on initiatives to enhance efficiency and drive process improvements as the company continues to evolve and usher in an even brighter future.

JOHN BLAKE

CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

John Blake joined Vector CAG as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2021, bringing 25 years of experience in Human Resources. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Davidson College and a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

With a proven track record of transforming HR from a transactional function into a strategic business partner, John specializes in leveraging HR technology to streamline processes, enhance employee engagement and retention, and develop leaders at all levels. His mission is to implement human resource frameworks that align with Vector CAG’s vision, values, and goals while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

JEFF HERSHBERGER

AREA VICE PRESIDENT, NORTH

Jeff Hershberger brings more than 16 years of expertise in technical sales and leadership, specializing in instrumentation, valve, and analyzer products. A graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia, he has successfully served diverse industries, including Food and Beverage, Water/Wastewater, Chemical, Life Sciences, and Oil and Gas. With 11 years at Vector CAG, Jeff has played a key role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction, leveraging his deep industry knowledge and commitment to excellence in the Missouri, Kansas, Southern Illinois, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and North Texas regions.

INSIDE SALES MANAGER

Garrett Murphy has been a valued member of Vector CAG for a decade, starting his career as part of the Inside Sales team immediately after earning his Bachelors in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University. As an Inside Sales Engineer, he built strong relationships with customers across Houston, Corpus Christi, and the Golden Triangle.

His dedication and expertise led to his promotion to Inside Sales Manager, where he has played a key role in growing the team and elevating customer experience. Through a focus on efficiency, technical expertise, process optimization, and a culture of adaptability, Garrett continues to drive excellence within the Inside Sales team.

Jared Boudreaux brings 28 years of industrial sales and management experience to his role as President, Managing Director, and Board Chairman of Vector CAG. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lamar University, where he now sits on the Foundation Board of Advisors and an Alumni Advisor to the College of Business.

As a founding member of Vector CAG, he has played a pivotal role in optimizing business operations, strategically diversifying our customer base, aligning with key partners and strategically growing and delivering solutions to our broad market and geography.
