Hardware can be shipped directly and hardware purchase plans are available, along with remote support subscription plans, if you wish to keep the device long term and still have remote connected support. Training

Vector offers full project management including design engineering, AutoCAD, and CADWorx 3D, ProE Solids drawings, and ASME code welding. We are also able to offer quality assurance testing, field start up, commissioning, calibration, training and act as a single source purchase order.

Emergency Services

Our team is committed to helping you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If calling outside of our normal business hours, 8:00AM – 5:00 PM CST, you will be given our emergency line. Between our experienced service technicians, sales engineers and business support team, someone will get back to you within the hour and will even assist in connecting you with a manufacturer.
