SPC – RP1 Series Eccentric Plug Valve

The S&S RP1 Series rotary globe control valve is our eccentric plug design that can be used in a variety of process control applications for liquid or gas. This patented valve series offers the perfect mix of higher capacities with excellent control, a simple design with less parts, and an integral bonnet and no bottom flange area to eliminate potential leak paths.

The two-piece stem design offers additional flow capacity through the gallery and the patented anti blowout interlocking plug to stem connection provides safe and hassle-free operation. As a standard, the plug material has been upgraded to 1.4418 Stainless Steel, but both plug and seat components are also available with Stellite overlay or can be manufactured in various alloys.
