Like the single-point meters Kurz provides, an alternative multi-point insertion flow meter is available that can measure wet stacks, condensing gas environments, and biogas applications. This multi-point meter, also known as the Kurz K-BAR, processes the dry flow signal independent of the effects of moisture in the process gas stream. K-BAR 200B-WGF flow meters have effectively no impact on the flow stream, proven high accuracy, and are highly economical for both initial and maintenance cost.

Kurz offers up to four sensors for measurement redundancy and to ensure accuracy. Its rugged design withstands the high stress and high vibrations found in large industrial stacks and ducts that commonly have wide-ranging velocity and temperature profiles. The K-BAR 2000B supports process temperatures up to 260°C or up to 500°C.
